Energy Cycles & Patterns - How to understand them so you can break them

In this episode I explore the nature of cyclical energy and patterns by exploring what a cycle looks like, how to identify the phase you're in, and how to break free from energy that is holding you back. I examine what a cycle can look like from a positive and negative energetic standpoint and I also explain the importance of taking small steps to help move you towards a more soul inspired life path. We all have patterns, behaviors and thoughts that we don't like or wish to change - often times these are tied into cycles and patterns and in order to transcend them we need to understand why they're occurring and what they're serving. Healing the Ego by Understanding the Ego - A step towards attracting the life you want.

In this episode I provide examples of how the wounded ego presents itself in everyday life and how you can start to see it and make sense of it in relation to yourself, your life and the world. 

Understanding how the wounded ego manifests in the physical is an important step in healing yourself and allowing your soul to learn and grow. Many of us struggle to manifest and attract the life we want because we have inner wounds that we need to heal. Sometimes we don't realize that we're standing in our own way. 

Healing is hard work, it's not easy but it is rewarding and it helps us live the life we want and become the person we want to be.

Imperfections, The Shadow, and Suffering - Things we all have in common.

In this episode I examine imperfections, the shadow self and the importance of incorporating these into daily life. Without acknowledging our darkness and the parts of us that aren't perfect, we can't authentically be ourselves and continue evolving on our journey. Continuing to hide things we don't like only perpetuates our struggling and suffering. We are all human. We all struggle and suffer. Knowing that these are universal is something we can connect over and I argue that now is the time for us to be more open with ourselves and others for the sake of our soul's growth along our journey.

In this episode I dive into 3D, 4D and 5D--all considered to be different levels of human consciousness. Ascending from 3D to 5D has been all the rage on spiritual social media...here I explain what each dimension is along with the consciousness and varying degrees of ego vs essence within each.
